Do I need to be a Founder Institute member?
Ground Level free mentoring requires graduation credentials from Founder Institute or an equivalent program with established reputation (for example Y Combinator, Techstars, or comparable). FI graduates are a core audience; equivalent programs are welcome. Share your program, cohort, and a director or mentor reference on the application — we review credentials carefully.
What's included in Ground Level?
Ground Level is free mentoring for Founder Institute or equivalent program graduates. It includes an AI agent building workshop, evolving Agent Skills library, private discussion channel with 48-hour response time, weekly office hours for debugging and milestone reviews, and unbiased AI model & tool rankings from real-world building. No public membership fee. Next Level (invitation after milestones) adds weekly demos, peer reviews, and investor demo day.
How does the progression system work?
Apply for Ground Level (FI or equivalent graduates). If admitted, start at free Ground Level (Level 1). Complete performance milestones to earn a Next Level (Level 2) invitation. Exceptional builders may be invited to Elite Level (Level 3) for long-term equity alignment and investment potential.
Is there a membership fee?
No public membership fees. Ground Level is free mentoring for FI or equivalent graduates. Next and Elite are invitation-only. Elite may involve equity-aligned partnership terms by mutual agreement — not an open paid SKU.
